Fudjit is built around a core of Spence (drums and vocals), Paul (bass), and Kenny (guitar). In addition, there are several regular guests, many occasional guests, and a few one-time-only guests. All are regarded as members of Fudjit. You, too, can be a member of Fudjit! If you can play a bit, but not enough to join a band full-time, or if you want an occasional change from your regular band, here's your chance. Instruments are available, but bring your own if you prefer. Informal practise sessions will be held at the Tap, at times to be arranged.
If you're worried that you're too old for this rock music stuff, please note that currently the oldest member of Fudjit is 75!
Fudjit is the brainchild of Spencer, who ran the original version in Stanley some time ago. There should be a lot more blurb about the history of Fudjit, but Spence, being the busy lad that he is, couldn't get the copy to Ian on time. Maybe later.
Spencer's autobiography page is here. It really is a thrilling read, absolute edge-of-the-chair stuff. If you feel that you need to know about penguins, chickens, lots of different colours, and the many and varied uses of cutlery, this would be the place to look. He fails to mention that he was brought up in Wideopen, but then again, so would most people.
As might be expected, Paul's musical autobiography is too long to fit in here, and too amusing to edit, involving as it does discussion of a pram, a Romanian playwright, Abba songs, and some of the less intimate details of his two marriages. The unexpurgated version can be found here, but the management accepts no responsibility for any harm which may result.
Kenny provided his autobiography as a question and answer session in which he both asked and answered the questions. Why? Who knows. "Who are you?". "Ken". Read the exciting parts ("Oh my god, they've killed Kenny!") here, if you think you're hard enough. (Please note that this text has been edited for reasons of taste and decency.)
The additional members of Fudjit are shown below. As might be expected, no guarantee is offered that this list is accurate, complete or up to date (although it was once).

To be included in this list you must have performed with at least one regular member of Fudjit, and less than half of another regular band.
Unfortunately, this list is not able to include the many backing vocalists who have added greatly to the Fudjit experience.
